Trick or Treat

Tomorrow is Halloween. Make a PLAN.
1. Safety first. Millions effected from Hurricane Sandy, we will keep you all in our Prayers.
2. Eat or drink your protein before heading out. Helps from picking through your kids bags or the bowl you are passing out.
3. Bring your water with you. If you are tired from a long day, as we usually are, put a Herbalife Lift off in your water. Gives you that boost of energy to keep up with your sugar laden children.
4. If passing out candy, be extremely generous the last 1/2 hour. GIVE IT AWAY...so it won't tempt you. Or even still pass out something you are not fond of.
5. Keep drinking your WATER.
6. Of course we have to check the candy. (A tradition passed down the generations. Even before the horrible things happened. I remember my father going through all 5 of our bags. Surprisingly certain candy was always bad every year. hmmm) Go through and check to make sure your babies are safe. And even put 2 pieces aside in the pile that needs the extra tasting, um I mean checking.
7. If you are really tempted..... Drink another protein drink. Put the candy away.
8. At the end of the night, Praise yourself. Even if you were not perfect... you were conscious of every thing you put or didn't put in your mouth.

2 Tbsp French Vanilla F1
1-2 Tbsp. Vanilla PDM
1 C. Water
3 Tbsp. Real Pumpkin
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Syrup
Dash Pumpkin Spice
Dash Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Sweetner (ex. Splenda)
4 Ice Cubes
Blend in Blender
